This mint-packed balsamic reduction is a mint sauce with the sweet tangy flavor of a good balsamic reduction. It’s as good with roast lamb as the best mint sauce, but also gorgeous with venison, and great as a drizzle over French-trimmed lamb cutlets or as glaze for roasted potatoes.
