St Justin Blue Heart Earrings- Earrings

These sterling silver heart–shaped earrings have a hot vitreous blue enamel heart centered on sterling silver hooks. The intricate process of applying hot vitreous enamel is an ancient art passed on through the centuries. Each piece is hand-enameled with fine glass powder, making it unique—no two are the same.

Hearts represent love in many aspects and are also seen as symbolizing having a heart, the power of courage, and will. To the ancient Egyptians, the heart, rather than the brain, was seen as the organ that held the person’s mind and soul.
